Introducing WT3: The Trustless DeFi Trading Agent
The Oasis Protocol Foundation is excited to introduce WT3, a verifiable AI trading agent running on the Oasis TEE cloud.

Most of today’s crypto trading agents are controlled by humans. This creates significant risks as developers can manipulate the agent or exit with the funds at any moment. Most onchain agents also lack privacy or verifiability measures, creating a critical trust gap that demands a solution.
Into this gap steps WT3. Named for its wolf-like character and three core Web3 elements (Tokens, Trading, TEEs) WT3 functions in a credibly trustworthy manner, pushing the boundaries of agentic autonomy while driving value back to ROSE holders.
In practice, WT3 operates within a trusted execution environment (TEE), ensuring its inner logic and strategies remain confidential while its integrity is publicly verifiable. To achieve this, WT3 leverages the Runtime Off-chain Logic (ROFL) framework, which makes its off-chain computations secure, private, and easily verifiable onchain.
In this way, WT3 highlights the benefits of combining onchain privacy with confidential computing, particularly in terms of decentralized key management, remote attestations, and private logic. For instance, through ROFL, WT3 can generate and control private keys within the TEE, keeping them hidden from developers or external threats and ensuring the security of every transaction.
The WT3 stack is built to run on Sapphire and includes Hyperliquid and other cross-chain platforms to respond in real-time to market data and effectively manage its autonomous portfolio. To bootstrap these trading activities, WT3 will receive a $100,000 allocation from the Oasis Protocol Foundation.
WT3 will also incorporate Predictoor signals in its trading strategies with a percentage of returns funding a ROSE token buyback and burn mechanism. In the future, the introduction of a staking contract will enable community participation in yield strategies, along with templates for WT3-like agents, allowing users to deploy their own through the upcoming ROFL marketplace.
WT3 is ultimately an answer to the question of what happens if you set an autonomous, trust-minimized agent loose on the TEE cloud. It not only manages and trades digital assets independently but does so while maintaining privacy and exemplifying the practical implementation of decentralized key management and real-time data integrations.
